How to check reservation status on the official site

You can check the status on the official site, but there is no "Reservation Status" tab. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the "WEB Ticket Site"

Click "Open Official WEB Ticket Site" at the bottom of this page. From the official top page, go to "WEB Ticket" -> "WEB Ticket Site".

Step 2: If you have decided on a ticket

"Product Introduction" is in the middle section, listing available tickets. If decided, click the product to see status below.
The initial view shows "From Ogisawa (Nagano side)", so switch to "From Tateyama (Toyama side)" tab.

Step 3: If you have NOT decided on a ticket

In the product list, click "Standard WEB Ticket" for general status.
Switch from the initial "From Ogisawa (Nagano)" view to the "From Tateyama (Toyama)" tab to see availability from Toyama.

Once you find a day with seats, check the time and proceed to reserve.
Go to the time search page from the menu above.
